But I have a solution for you. Here’s a cheeky way of getting a little more movement into your sofa time without having to brave the freezing cold floor.
Grab some cushions! Yes, simple isn’t it? That way you can easily mix up how you’re sitting; stack them up and ‘squat’ on them, sit cross-legged on one or put your legs out straight … there are so many ways you can use cushions to make your sofa a more movement friendly space on these cold days….. and incase you needed it, this sounds like a perfect excuse to update the colours on your sofa in the name of health ;).
