Tanya is a Restorative Exercise Specialist, Sustainable Yoga Teacher. She has trained under Katy Bowman of Nutritious Movement and uses her skills as a personal performance coach as well as her training in resistance stretching and massage therapy balls to bring about the restoration of natural movement, strength and mobility.

I have over 20 years coaching experience, am a qualified life coach and certified personal trainer. I am passionate about supporting people find the path to thrive in their body and their life.
